Having gained a lot of experience working in the social & medical care sector, the founders of MOSAIK, had an idea to make the day-to-day work of mobile social workers and the lives of their patients easier, by mobilizing everyday processes in that sector. The idea was to design a mobile application which would enable work to be completed more efficiently on mobile devices instead of using paper and a pencil.
All they needed was technology or platform where they could carry out their mobile ideas without needing to have in depth Information Technology skills or a big budget. GENERAL LEGAL TERMS

1. Movilitas Solutions GmbH (Movilitas) located in Mannheim, Germany is the official organizer of the Mobile Apps Incubator Day 2012.

2. By agreeing to the participation terms you accept any and all of Movilitas‘ decisions with regards to the Mobile App Incubator as final and binding in all respects.

3. The investors are not obliged to invest in any presented idea on the day. This event is a platform where investors and young entrepreneurs are brought together and should be seen by the submitters as an opportunity to gain exposure to venture capitalists.

4. Data processing: Movilitas saves the participants' data in a database and processes the data using automatic procedures. Participants' data, business concepts and multi-media presentations will be made available to Movilitas, the competition judges and the sponsors of the relevant special prizes only.

5. Data privacy: Movilitas undertakes to use the participant data with which it is provided and participants' competition entries exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and to handle this information confidentially.

6. Movilitas reserves the right to subsequently also market the submitted ideas itself, as it can not be excluded those ideas were already planned by Movilitas previous to the contest. Regarding the submitted concepts, participants have no further rights that would restrict Movilitas' go to market with the concepts. Registered patent specifications are not subject to this condition.

7. Precondition to Step 2 and 3 is the Participant’s consent to a non-disclosure agreement.

8. Recipient's obligations as to the Confidential Information shall not apply to any portion of the Confidential Information: (i) which was rightfully known or becomes rightfully known to the Recipient without confidential restrictions from a source other than the Discloser; (ii) which was or becomes publicly available or a matter of public knowledge generally, through no fault of Recipient; (iii) which is approved by the Discloser, in writing, for disclosure without restrictions;(iv) which is independently developed by the Recipient; (v) which is generalized know-how or skills; or (vi) which the Recipient is legally compelled to disclose;
