Engie Axima connects their service agency with technicians and customers

Engie Axima is a French Company that provides heat engineering, cooling systems and fire safety. They were looking for a solution that could reduce paperwork flow, is easy to access, provides real-time visible data for customers and can implement semi-automatic reporting for sales representatives.

With Movilizer, Engie Axima fully arrived in the Digital Age

Since Movilizer was already implemented in other business units of the Engie Group, Axima knew right away where they should look for a solution. The Movilizer App allows Axima to connect the service agency with both the technicians and the customer - and to dematerialize document flows:

  • The customer calls with an emergency 
  • Then the service agency captures facility, problem, the emergency level and creates a service ticket
  • Now the notification syncs directly to the tablet of the technician closest to the facility
  • The service technician can intervene as fast as possible and, when finished, send the report straight back to the customer
