Hoval: Improving customer service with a mobile service app for field technicians

Hoval is a manufacturer of indoor climate solutions with around 1500 employees and offices in 16 countries. The company was looking for a solution to facilitate the process flow of their mobile field technicians who perform service work for the Hoval customers. 

Hoval implemented a mobile customer service solution integrated with SAP CS that allows them to dispatch tickets created by the customer directly to the mobile technicians on their phones. 

As customer service is a mission-critical process for Hoval, meaning that good and quick customer service gives them competitive advantage, Hoval had strong requirements for the cloud solution:
