What You Need to Report: Key Events & Operational Impact
Regulatory frameworks require distributors to capture and transmit data at specific supply chain milestones. Below is an overview of mandatory reporting events and what they mean for your daily warehouse operations.
UID Application
Codes come from the ID Issuer and are applied in production. You receive coded goods and must be able to read every carrier they arrive on.
Arrival
Arrival of goods at your facility must be recorded and reported. Your first scan — and the one that defines your inventory.
Aggregation
Links UI levels (pack → outer → case → pallet), so dispatch and arrival do not require scanning every pack.
Disaggregation & Deactivation
Disaggregation breaks the link between levels, needed only if the aggregated UI will be reused. Deactivation inactivates all linked levels — deactivated products can no longer be sold.
Dispatch & Transloading
Sent ahead of the physical event, within the regulated notice window. Several dispatch types are supported, and transport details form part of the message.
Packaging Hierarchy & Data Tracking

•Unique aggregate ID per pallet.
•Applied in manufacturing — regenerated by you when pallets are rebuilt.
